In our strategic plan, one of our core goals is to pursue IT solutions with our functional partners that support and evolve business processes at the University. The HuskyBuy project was initiated by Accounts Payable and Procurement Services to reduce complexity of the existing eProcurement portal and to introduce additional features. The recent merger between ITS and Finance IT did not change our commitment to either the strategic plan or to our now combined emphasis on meeting institutional obligations. The HuskyBuy project continued using the combined assets of the new, larger organization. The final iteration will go-live on Monday, July 2.
