The University uses SAP Concur for travel and expense management. This is an industry leading platform that comes with substantive capability.  However, departments and other business units requested greater visibility into travel, PCard, and non-travel expenditures for budgeting and reporting purposes.  ITS collaborated with Accounts Payable and University Business Services to provide additional Concur data within the Kuali Financial Data Mart (KFDM) and to develop a series of standard reports.  Using WebFOCUS, authorized staff can execute one of these provided queries or develop their own using a simple drag and drop interface.  This data source requires access to KFDM, which can be requested using the form available at the bottom of ess.uconn.edu.
