In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I write to thank everyone for their efforts and contributions.

The academic year is a blizzard of activity for all.  This semester, ITS has launched and retired services, upgraded major systems, and enrolled the entire University into two-factor authentication.  These initiatives and projects were not performed in isolation but in concert with many, both within ITS and outside our organization.  This strong collaboration amplifies our actions, allowing us to accomplish more together than any of us could achieve alone.  Thank you for your partnership and expertise as we work together to evolve the systems, services, and capabilities that our collective community relies upon for the success of UConn.
