Microsoft 365, which is the rebadged Office 365 service, is a collection of communication, collaboration, and productivity applications that are available through our enterprise-wide education license to all active faculty, staff, and students.  Faculty and staff are familiar with this offering because it hosts their official university email account and has frequently used apps, like Teams and OneDrive.  Students, however, have tended to use the apps in G suite, where their university email is hosted.  The ITS Technology Support Center is reporting an increase in student questions about accessing Microsoft 365 apps and in particular, about how to install Teams and Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  Please help us spread awareness about this valuable resource to our students.  You can find support information on the IT Knowledge Base.
